When we manage your investment property, you also engage a complimentary bookkeeping service that will keep all of your accounting records in order.
Our in-house insurance claims specialist ensures that we can manage the property to your advantage. They have time to focus on your property, ensuring that the maximum possible amount is obtained from your claim.
We oversee all maintenance work from minor plumbing to managing full interior and exterior renovations through the use of dedicated maintenance teams.
Our maintenance company “Clean Start SA” ensure that your property is not just managed, but maximised. In addition to professional plumbers, electricians, builders, joiners and carpenters, we have general maintenance people with strong backgrounds in renovation, interior design, garden landscaping, fencing and general repairs which ensure that all our properties are presented at their absolute best.
Teams of end of lease cleaners also ensure that properties are detailed before new tenants move in.
